  • In the services portion we deal in Society Insurance
  • We cater to sectors like Banks and Financial Services, Health care, Jewellers, Infrastructure, Construction, IT Companies, Retail, Hospitality, Housing Societies and Logistics.
  • We work very closely with Real Estate Developers, MEP Consultants, Architects, Project Management Consultants, Interior Designers and Turnkey Solution Providers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Required Field Sales Executive for Central Suburbs, Western Suburbs and Navi Mumbai region.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum 12th standard (H.S.C.) pass.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Smart Phone.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
  • 2 Wheeler.

SALARY

  • ₹15,000 P.M. in hand.
  • ₹1,500 P.M. with Train Pass.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 year experience.

WORK TIMINGS

  • 10 A.M. to 6 P.M.

WORK DAYS

  • 6 days working in a week.
  • One rotational week off.
  • Should be open to work on Sundays and Public Holidays.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Candidate should be presentable, polite and courteous.
  • Communication skills needs to be good.
  • Candidate needs to be fluent in atleast 1 language (English/Hindi/Marathi)
  • Person will be assigned the area between Central, Western and Navi Mumbai areas.
  • Meeting new clients like society managers, secretary or the concerned person at residential/commercial premises and upsell security products and service to them. Products include CCTV, Fire Alarms, VDPs, Public Address systems and Intrusion.
  • If the premises has already an existing infrastructure, the candidate needs to pitch for AMC for the same.
  • Pitching for Society insurance which is a part of the company’s services.
  • Follow up on sales leads and taking it to closure.
  • Engaging and managing client relationship on an ongoing basis.
  • Payment collection once the project is executed.
  • Identify and assist  management in generating prospective leads.
  • End of the day status reporting to the management.
  • Keeping clients updated on new products and service offerings.
